Suggestion pour un sympatique menu estival/My suggestion for a great summery Menu

What about a Mojito to welcome your guests and create a warm atmosphere as soon as they arrive ?... Then a nice crispy Crab Cake , reminding you of the Mediterranean Sea ... Still a marine dish with those Tuna and Orange Skewers No summery menu without...
