Un peu de soleil du Maroc à notre table ! "Under the Moroccan sun"-like tagine !

Tajine d'Agneau aux Poires Moroccan Lamb Tagine with Pears Really, I swear the photos don't do justice to this dish. I can even say that if I had seen these pictures on someone else's foodblog, I would have thought : " my god, this lamb looks fatty !". Actually, what looks like fat is the thick pear sauce on top of the meat.
