Tiramisu au citron, pour changer...Lemon Tiramisu, for a change...

Les tiramisu ont toujours été mes desserts "signatures" : je prépare la version classique bien évidemment , mais j'aime aussi beaucoup les détourner et proposer des déclinaisons plus originales comme celle aux marrons glacés, parfaite en hiver, celles aux abricots ou aux fruits rouges aux tonalités plus estivales ou bien encore la plus décadente d'entre toutes, au Nutella. Coings pochés au miel, quenelles mascarpone-amaretto/Honey-poached Quinces with mascarpone-amaretto cream

I love Williams-Sonoma boutiques! Unfortunately, we don’t have them in France, but as I am lucky enough to be a frequent traveller to the USA, I can enjoy shopping in their outlets on a regular basis. I like their thoughtful selection of cooking utensils, dinnerware, sweet and savory “treats”, and many other things. OK, it is a bit pricey, but even if one does not buy anything, just roaming through the boutique's departments is a treat for the eyes. L'inénarrable Gâteau au Yaourt...The ineffable Yogurt Cake...

Daring bakers Challenge : Flourless Chocolate Cake, Gâteau au Chocolat sans Farine
