Phew…I think this Opéra Cake has been the most
sophisticated and complex Cake I have ever made. But the harder it is, the
prouder you feel when you see the final results, isn’t it ?When I first read the recipe, I was extremely
surprised by the absence of coffee. For me, ze French Daring Baker, it
