Spécial Novices en cuisine : bluffer sans suer ! Special beginner Cooks : a wow effect without the sweat !

Praliné glacé, Sauce Caramel au Beurre SaléFrozen Praliné Parfait, Salted Butter Caramel Sauce It is quite funny because this recipe has been in my files for many years and I had never dared posting it for I thought it was too simple ! I think I can even say that I had totally erased it from my mind ! And yet, this recipe has gained me the first "wows" from my friends when I was a beginner in the kitchen, how ingrateful I am ! Pas peu fière II, le Succès Praliné de Christophe Felder/Quite proud of myself part II, Felder's "Succès" Cake

My second recipe from Felder's wonderful cookbook "Les gâteaux Classiques" (Classic Cakes), after the very fruity Framboisier. This time I chose the Succès Praliné, which could be a cousin of the Filbert Cake, only lighter with  flour-free dacquoise layers and a light buttercream made with, among other things, an Italian Meringue.
