Menu tout fruits, tout frais...A fresh and fruity menu

Un Piège merveilleux aux Ambassadeurs/A wonderful Piège (trap in french) at Les Ambassadeurs.

Date of lunch : june 2008. Résumé en français La magie à l’état pur, tout simplement. De la haute gastronomie comme on l’aime : goûteuse, raffinée, créative voire ludique, résolument moderne, le tout dans un cadre élégant (quoiqu'un peu froid à mon goût)...
